
RULES
To ensure your visit to the amusement park is safe and enjoyable, we ask that you adhere to the following rules:
ENTRY TO THE PARK

The organizer is entitled to conduct a reasonable security check of visitors and their luggage upon entry.

It is prohibited to bring into the area: weapons and their replicas, explosives, fireworks (including firecrackers and crackling balls), sharp or dangerous objects, glass and glass objects, alcoholic beverages and narcotic or psychotropic substances.

Entry is prohibited to persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other addictive substances.
ALCOHOL, DRUGS AND OTHER SUBSTANCES

Visitors are strictly prohibited from bringing in, storing and consuming their own alcoholic beverages in the area.

Alcohol may only be consumed if it was purchased at the refreshment center in the area and the organizer allows it.
-
The consumption, possession or distribution of narcotic and psychotropic substances is strictly prohibited throughout the area.
-
A visitor under the influence of alcohol or other substances may be expelled from the area without compensation.
BEHAVIOR IN THE AREA

Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the park, including toilets.

A visitor who violates this prohibition and thereby causes damage (e.g. causing a fire) is obliged to reimburse the organizer for all costs incurred.

It is prohibited to destroy or move equipment and decorations, touch lighting installations, sit or climb on them.

Visitors are obliged to move only on marked paths and respect the instructions of the organizer and security guards.

The organizer may expel a visitor who grossly violates these rules, without the right to a refund of the entrance fee.
CHILDREN AND YOUTH

Children under 12 years of age may enter and move around the area only when accompanied by an adult.

For organized groups of children, supervision is required: at least 1 adult for every 10 children. Their parents, legal guardians or pedagogical supervisor are responsible for minors throughout the visit.
PET PETS
-
Entry with dogs and other animals is only permitted on a leash and with a muzzle.

The free movement of animals is prohibited. In case of violation, the visitor may be expelled without reimbursement of the entrance fee.

The owner of the animal is responsible for its behavior and any damage caused to third parties or the organizer.
TICKETS
-
Each ticket is equipped with a barcode and a control strip.
-
The ticket is valid for a single entry only.
-
Once the ticket has been scanned or torn off, it cannot be reused.
-
The ticket expires upon leaving the venue. In the event of destruction, loss or theft of the ticket, there is no right to its replacement or other compensation.

The organizer is not responsible for damage caused by unauthorized copying of the ticket.
-
Holders of a ZŤP and ZŤP/S card must present a valid card to apply for the discount.
REFUNDATION
-
In the event of cancellation of the event, a claim for a refund of the ticket can be made at the place where the ticket was purchased.

Only the ticket price is refunded, not service or distribution fees.
-
Third-party costs (e.g. transport, accommodation) are not covered by the organizer.
-
If the event takes place as planned, the ticket is not refunded and tickets are not exchanged.
ATTRACTIONS

Each attraction may have height, age or health restrictions that visitors must comply with.
-
Pregnant women and people with health problems (especially heart, movement or epileptic) use attractions at their own risk.
-
Visitors are required to follow the instructions of the operators of individual attractions.
-
It is prohibited to throw garbage outside the designated containers and disrupt the smooth operation of attractions.
LIABILITY

Visitors are responsible for damage that they intentionally or negligently cause to the property of the organizer or third parties.

The organizer is responsible for damage to the health and property of visitors only if they caused it intentionally or through gross negligence.
PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEO
-
Photographs and video recordings may be taken in the area documenting the atmosphere of the event, which may be used for the organizer's promotional purposes.

If a visitor does not wish to be captured in close-up images, they can ask the photographer or organizer to do so. Details on the processing of personal data can be found in the document "Principles of Personal Data Processing", available on the organizer's website and at the entrance to the area.
COMPLAINTS
-
Complaints about tickets, services or refreshments can be made to the organizer or directly at the point of purchase.

The complaint procedure is governed by the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act.
These operating rules are valid from 25. 9. 2025 and are binding for all visitors to the area.
