WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN REGULAR AND VIP TICKETS?
The VIP FAST TRACK ticket allows entry without date and time restrictions, and also provides priority entry at the entrance to the area + priority entry to attractions. There is also a VIP tent available, which is heated.
DO YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR OTHER ATTRACTIONS IN THE PARK?
Within the amusement park, all attractions are free, included in the ticket price.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO ENTER WITH A STROLLER OR WHEELCHAIR?
Yes, the park is barrier-free. Entry is possible with both a stroller and a wheelchair.
WHAT IS THE AREA OF THE PARK?
The area of the amusement park is large enough, covering more than 10,000 square meters.
IS PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING ALLOWED IN THE WONDERLAND AREA?

We ONLY accept payment cards or cash for on-site ticket sales. Online sales are through official resellers GoOut and Ticketportal .

WHAT IS THE PARKING AREA LIKE?
There is a parking lot right in front of the entrance to the area. Parking is free.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO BUY TICKETS ON-SITE?
Yes, you can also buy tickets directly on site, at the amusement park ticket office. Payment is possible by card or cash. The ticket offices are open daily from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Wonderland is a great place for all ages. In addition to a walk through a beautiful fairy-tale light park, it offers numerous carousels and attractions for young children, teenagers and adults. Within the park you will also find several relaxation areas with delicious refreshments.

WHAT IS THE PARK CAPACITY?
The park's attendance is regulated according to its occupancy and based on the time slots on the tickets.
The size of the park allows entry for up to 2,500 people at a given time.
ARE THERE TOILETRIES ON THE AREA?
Yes, there are enough sanitary facilities on the premises for all visitors.
ARE DOGS ALLOWED?
Entry with dogs is allowed.
The dog must be on a leash and must have a muzzle.
ARE THERE REFRESHMENTS IN THE PARK AREA?
Yes, there is a traditional refreshment area available within the park. For visitors with VIP tickets, there will also be a separate area in the VIP tent with a special offer.
HOW LONG DOES A PARK TOUR TAKE?
You can stay in the amusement park as long as you want (within the park's opening hours), reserve at least 2-3 hours, you can of course stay inside longer, it's up to YOU.
