

To ensure your stay in the amusement park is safe, please follow these rules:

Preventive measures include entry checks and random security inspections.

The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry.

In the amusement park, movement is allowed only along designated paths.

It is forbidden to manipulate, touch, sit or climb on exhibits.

Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult during the entire visit.

Children’s groups must have at least one adult supervisor per 10 children.

Parents, adult supervisors, or teachers are responsible for children and minors throughout the entire visit, even if children over 12 are in the park on their own.

Visitors are required to respect the instructions of the organizer and park security. Failure to do so may result in immediate expulsion without compensation.

Entry with weapons, weapon replicas, explosives, sharp objects, or glass containers is prohibited.

Entry with pyrotechnics, including firecrackers, bang snaps, petards, and other dangerous items, is prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in immediate expulsion without compensation.

Entry under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited.

The consumption of drugs is forbidden in all areas of the park.

The organizer reserves the right to expel without compensation any visitor under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the park, including restrooms. If smoking causes a fire alarm, the visitor will be charged all related material and financial costs.

Animals are allowed only on a leash and with a muzzle.

Free running of animals is prohibited. Failure to comply may result in immediate expulsion without compensation.

Forging tickets is a criminal offense.

After scanning or tearing off a ticket, it cannot be reused or refunded. Leaving the park invalidates the ticket.

Visitors may be subject to a security check upon entry.

Holders of disability cards must present a valid ID to claim a discount.

The entire amusement park is adapted for strollers and visitors with reduced mobility.

Each ticket is equipped with a barcode and a control stub, which will be checked by a scanner or detached by authorized staff upon entry.

In case of damage, destruction, loss, or theft of a ticket, it will not be replaced nor will other compensation be provided.

The organizer is not responsible for problems or damages caused by unauthorized copying of a ticket.

In case of event cancellation, a refund must be requested at the place where the ticket was purchased.

No compensation is provided for special expenses (e.g. hotel, transport costs).

By purchasing a ticket, the holder agrees that photographs, films, or video recordings from the park featuring them may be used by the organizer for documentary and promotional purposes without financial compensation.

Paid admission and service fees are non-refundable; tickets cannot be exchanged.

Ticket office is open daily until 8:00 PM.
-
Last entry to the amusement park is at 8:00 PM. The amusement park closes at 9:00 PM.
